But it need not be like that.  Childbirth is a natural process – one that women’s bodies are designed for.

The hypnobirthing childbirth method is a philosophy and technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing and stress free birth.


You learn how to call on your body’s own natural epidural which can eliminate the need for medication.  This allows your body and your baby to work together in the most natural way possible.  Hypnobirthing mothers are totally aware and fully in control as they bring their babies into the world.  As a result of this, giving birth is an exciting and pleasurable experience.


The subconscious mind is the seat of all your emotions and therefore directs nearly all your behaviour.  Most importantly the subconscious mind is responsible for maintaining the body in good health and for all the autonomic processes, e.g. breathing, blood circulation, tissue repair and controlling blood sugar levels.


Hypnosis is a doorway to this inner world, the enchanted realms of your imagination and emotions.  Using hypnosis, whereby the subconscious mind can be contacted, inner power can be harnessed to promote the desired changes and physical well-being.

A. Natural Pregnancy to Birth Programme: £225


3 sessions, which include:


  • Session 1: A programme for mental calmness – introduction to hypnosis, letting go of negative thoughts and feelings around birth and learning techniques to remain calm and relaxed during pregnancy and birth.
  • Session 2: A programme for wonderfully natural pregnancy - includes a CD/MP3 to take home and listen to.
  • Session 3:  A programme for a wonderfully natural birth - includes a CD/MP3 to take home and listen to.


B. Natural Birth Programme: £175


2 sessions, which include:

  • Session 1: A programme for mental calmness – introduction to hypnosis, letting go of negative thoughts and feelings around birth and learning techniques to remain calm and relaxed during pregnancy and birth.
  • Session 2: A programme for wonderfully natural pregnancy and a wonderfully natural birth (this is a longer sessions of 90 minutes) - includes a CD to take home and listen to.


C. Rapid Hypnobirthing Programme: £145


1 Session:


This is a 2 hour session for mum’s to be are only a few weeks away from their birth date - A programme for mental calmness – a wonderfully natural pregnancy and a wonderfully natural birth - includes a CD to take home and listen to.


Extra sessions can be booked at a cost of £60 each except for the stop smoking which is £125.
